Cloth adhesive tape waterproof 389 3M

The 389 tape is made of a sturdy rayon fabric backing laminated on the back with polyethylene.
It has a very aggressive rubber-resin based adhesive system which allows it to be applied to a wide range of surfaces. Available in different colors.
